I actually do use ThermaCare heat wraps all the time! I LOVE THEM!! My doctor appointment went well, but nothing really came of it. I'm in contact with doctors at MAYO clinic and UNC about possible treatment with Naltrexone and pelvic floor re-training. I'll be contacting a doctor at UNC by email tonight. Hopefully, this doctor will be able to help me. I just get so frustrated with doctors who just let me do all the research and experimentation without following up on me or helping me. It causes tremendous stress on my family and me. I hope you're feeling better today - have a great weekend!
