Yams-fiber?       08/07/03 09:28 AM Edit Reply Quote rlan Reged: 06/05/03 Posts: 161 At the grocery store they list nutrition content and it said that yams have 0gr of fiber but that baking potatoes have 2gr. Is there a difference bet. yams and sweet potatoes? I don't ever see sweet potatoes? I'm confused! I like to eat yams as my source of soluble fiber! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
