Not enough fiber?       08/06/03 11:30 PM Edit Reply Quote gg Reged: 08/06/03 Posts: 5 I have been following the book for about 8 months and value the information as my "Bible". I was taking Citrucel powder (1 scoop) once a day. I recently changed to Fiber Choice-because of info in a post here-I take 1 tablet twice a day. I STILL have constipation. Do I need even more? I am very cautious with fruits and veggies. Maybe I should add in more of them as well? Help! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
