Worst Stomach Pain in a Year

Hi, everyone,

Just so that you know I'm not perfect, I just had the worst episode of stomach pain I've had in almost a year. But no D, so my D-free streak is still unbroken at 1 year, 2 months and 17 days!

I'm not sure what caused it, since I cheated three different ways since Wednesday (BAD Laura!). But about an hour ago after having a BM, I got severe sharps pains in my stomach, so bad I was doubled over and could hardly breathe.

First I hobbled into the kitchen and took some Mylanta and then lay down with the heating pad, but it kept getting worse. Then I hobbled into the bathroom and took a Xanax, an Ultram, an Imodium and a Gas-X and went back to bed with the heating pad. It's finally starting to ease up.

So how did I cheat and what should you avoid so this doesn't happen to you?

1. Chocolate fudge cake, two bites a day, one after lunch and one after dinner from Wed night to last night. (Much too rich and high fat, plus dairy and egg yolks probably.)

2. Smoked pork chop, one half, dinner Friday. It may be the other white meat but it's still red meat and hard to digest. And yes I ate it with soluble fiber.

3. Cheese blintzes with sour cream for dinner last night. DON'T EAT DAIRY!! And yes I took a Lactaid.

So moral of the story is, if you cheat it WILL catch up with you. You've been warned!!
