Some days are worse than others & I know I only have myself to blame since I'm not really sticking to the diet. I'm very good when I'm at work but once I get home.......I eat everything in sight. My hubby doesn't really get this so I still have lots of bad food in my house & I just can't seem to stay away from it. as for the sfs, yes, I did 1/2 teaspoon in the morning with my smoothie then the following week I added another 1/2 teaspoon with my afternoon water. Now I do 1tbs pluse 1 teaspoon in my morning smoothie then 1 teaspoon in my first bottle of water (i sip on all morning) then another teaspoon with my lunch (usually in applesauce) then the last teaspoon with my next bottle of water. I'm pretty sure 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon so there's my 9 grams. Don't give up on the sfs. I really do think they help but it takes about a month or two to see results.
