Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Room spins and I hit the floor

Right before I have an attack I break out in a cold sweat, my stomach starts turning and burning and I blackout. It is like a wave washes over me, the room actually spins. Has anyone else every had this happen with IBS? My body temp spikes and my blood pressure goes up with this but I lose all control of my bowels. My docs thought is was just my blood pressure but I have been on meds for this and followed orders. Last week my husband and I were on vacation in the middle of a casino and this happened.My stomach had been rolling the entire time because I had ate pepperoni pizza and had 1 beer about 3 hours prior! I am just about to the end of my rope with the docs on this..it has been going on for about 7 years and they have always gone with heart problems instead of gastro...I had a friend tell me that she thought is might be IBS. I have read and read posts but didn't see anything re: my bouts!
