I agree with what Casey and Linz said...and it is very individual. I don't worry about trace amounts (like manufacturing cross contamination) but I can't eat any dairy or products with dairy at all - It sends me into a tailspin!! One other thing, if you want to add some dairy back into your diet after you're stable, make sure you eat some SF first...and just do little bits of dairy in the beginning to see how it affects you. I've learned - the hard way, duh! - that amazingly small amounts of some trigger foods will set me off...like one M&M peanut!!!!
