Yep, fat's a big problem for me. And after doing some internet research on the vega test I have to be honest I just don't trust it. I think I might talk to my GP about going on the RPA elimination diet to see what really does cause me bother cause obviously even though I'm avoiding sugar, wheat, yeast,dairy, fats and fruit I'm still eating something that's bugging me! It's awful, I feel like I'm not eating much (although Ruchie's lemon and dill fish with brown rice and vege's was delicious last night-thanks Ruchie!) I'm still suffering as though I'm eating all this stuff wrong. And now I've found my naturopath who I handed over $220 to (which I didn't have really and am still struggling to get back on track) really has no interest at all any more now that she has my money Should of known I'd find someone like that! If you come up with any yummy recipies I'd love to hear them! I haven't been posting much the last few days (am in a bit of a bad place atm) but I'm around and reading still!
