As if its not enough that we have to eat IBS safe, GF is the nail in the coffin I can handle it at home, cooking GF is fine (but yes it can be bloody expensive!!) but it can be so embarrassing when you have to constantly question restaurants, have to sit and watch b/f devour some pizza and garlic bread, or get this one: try and politely tell your friend thanx but no thanx because while she painstakingly made a GF cake she forgot that icing sugar contains gluten. Sigh, I hate feeling like such an alien amongst of world of such normal people
