I starting taking Zelnorm then and it has worked wonders. I could actually function like a normal human again. The first day was a little rough, but after my body adjusted it was great. I could actually allow myself to "cheat" a little. You have to know your body to know whether you can cheat, but it has helped me more than any other medicine.
