I know that when I am having a rough time, these are some of the most sensative area - the muscles in your GI tract may just be having a hard time moving lots of food through that loopy part of the colon. I would say make sure that the meals are safe food, eat slowly and make sure you are not eating too much at once. Hope you feel better soon! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
