Zel-norm?       02/28/03 03:50 AM Edit Reply Quote ecmmbm Reged: 02/23/03 Posts: 1622 Loc: North Carolina The doctor prescribed zel-norm for my IBS, and I was trying to avoid taking it because I was worried about side effects. But yesterday I started it - because even though I can see where the diet is helping me greatly, I was still having attacks at times and still not going to the bathroom AT ALL (it is for IBS-C). So anyhow I'm dealing with the headaches from it, but going to finish one round just to try and regulate the system and by the time it is done I'm hoping the diet has taken over and it will not be needed anymore.
