Hi Heather- I just wanted to tell you I've been using your book and suggestions from these boards for about a month now, and have gone the last 14 days without an attack-even with getting my period yesterday, an all time first!! I can't thank you enough. Not only do I feel well, but I am really enjoying the recipes-I don't feel deprived at all. I'm so grateful!! If you need any personal endorsements, I am definitely there!!
