Re: Figuring out a problem food when IBS-C       03/17/05 04:24 AM Edit Reply Quote melissam Reged: 12/13/04 Posts: 308 Loc: Scranton Pennsylvania I will be interested to hear some input from this also-I am the exact same way- I don't get the diarrhea from anything but I always have discomfort/crampy/pain. Always! Sometimes the discomfort is pain and I don't know if it's something I ate or from haveing all that poop inside. Even though I have a bm every day- I don't think I go enough.
