Its been some time since I posted. I finished the hypno tapes mid last year and then went on to do Towards Inner Peace and had a wonderful few months without any problems.
However, about October last year I started having serious diarrhea again, so much so that I eventually had to see my gastro specialist, thinking that I had cancer. The D was non-stop. Just before the appointment in January (after a miserable Christmas - Christmas lunch of rice and chicken breast) - I spoke with a naturopath at our local health food shop. I was buying magnesium complete tablets as I need them for restless legs syndrome. (Many menopausal women are very low in magnesium and this causes the problem.) I mentioned the non-stop D and she said it was probably the type of magnesium.
Apparently magnesium chelate doesn't give you this problem, but other forms of magnesium can. Well, as it turns out this along with excessive stress (from work) was the root of the problem.
So, if you need magnesium supplements, be very careful which ones you buy.
