Hi, when I feel this way, I now go for lemon & ginger tea, or steep some ginger in some hot water for 5 mins and then drink it. You also have a pressure point about three finger widths away from the crease in your wrist. If you press this for 5 mins and then the other wrist for 5 mins you may feel a bit better. These have worked for me in the past. Have you eaten anything recently, sometimes, if I haveb't eaten for a while I then sometimes feel a bit sick. A slice of toast sometimes takes the edge of this. Anyway this is what I do, but also I just have to ride it out. I know its not pleasant, but hold on in there, it will pass. Hope you are better soon
