nutty wheat berries       03/04/05 10:07 AM Edit Reply Quote thetreester Reged: 07/26/04 Posts: 36 I have a quick question. I am getting ready to make the salmon with nutty wheat berries recipie again. Does anyone know if the berries are supposed to serve as the soluble fiber for the whole plate?
