I've been using it since last July (one Tablespoon in morning, one at night). I was IBS-A, and now I have NO D (which is a dramatic improvement), though I still have some other discomfort. That may be b/c I stick to Heather's diet, but not religiously. All the other supplements I took beforehand (the standard: Metamucil, etc.) just aggravated my symptoms.
