They not only have a good mix of all the good stuff - but they have none of the bad stuff (many of them have milk products in them which are bad for us) -- also they have a good rep for actually having all the live bacteria they are supposed to -- and they are specially coated to keep them alive so that your stomach acids don't kill them. That's why you don't need quite so many. They also don't need to be kept in the fridge -- so they travel well. Vitacost.com carries them for 6.39 for 30 pills (you take 1 per day).
