I took Clyndamycin for an infection by my fingernail a couple of months ago. I was on it for 12 days, because the infection was stubborn. I've been wracking my brain trying to figure out what caused my IBS to get so much worse lately, and I bet that's it! I think that would indicate that I need probiotics badly, because I know that all antibiotics kill the good bacteria in our intestines as well as the bad ones throughout the body.
