M&S do a tin of "curiously strong mints" that ARE altoids. Also I remember Natalie said she found them either in Tesco or Sainsburys... If you are not too dairy sensitive try Go ahead apple bake bars, I bring them or a lunabar with me all the time. I always keep savoury stuff in the car and have little bags of pretzels (M&S again) and sweeties I can eat in my drawer at work, and fruit teabags
