Michelle - I used to get bad gas after dinner too but Heather and I figured out that the 500 mg of Vit C I was taking w/my dinner was probably the culprit. Since I've stopped taking it in the evening, I am practically gas-free all evening. BTW, I take many pills, only two prescriptions tho, and the lg dose of vit c was a killer. It's in my daily vit but only 60 mg with breakfast vs 600 mg at night. So what do you do differently at your evening meal;i.e. take meds, supplements, etc.? Just a thought. Sharon
