Does steeping the seeds do the job or must you crush them? I tried doing this and ended up with like a powder that came right through the mesh into the cup. I tried to drink that but began feeling queasy. I have noticed it is strong when just the seeds are brewed, but wanted to be sure I was actually getting the effect.
