Bevrs ,I agree with you I have tried them all & slowly etc. System does not handle it at all ! I read where some people that are D it does not,help but makes it worse. I also read on the web site from other people helpful hints. One Lady with D Says she take a calcium tablet 3 times @ day with meals. At first I just started trying it ,she said at first it might upset tummy ,which it as so I'm taking 1/2 tablet at first. Seem there are a lot more C on this board then D's!!! Can only get so lucky!
