Funny thing with me is that I find certain SF foods (eaten at night)like white bread, pasta basically anything with white flour gives me gas at night but not when i eat it in the AM!!?? So Try eating say rice noodles for dinner or roasted potatoes and keep your fruit to a min. at night. Works pretty good for me. I also take a digestive enzyme before each meal. It's different than a probiotic, although I take those too! Good luck and hang in there! I get the gas problem BAD too. -------------------- Life responds when we risk.
