High triglyceride levels       01/30/03 10:20 AM Edit Reply Quote rase818 Reged: 01/30/03 Posts: 8 Hello to all! Anyone having trouble with high triglyceride levels on this diet? I don't understand, I've been following this diet since Aug. and have lost 15 lbs. Blood test shows levels to be 448 and should be under 100 Can this be caused by the high carbs? Doctor says to cut out fat but how much more can I cut following this diet? Any suggestions? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
