i did do the aciphex for about 6 months. That was over a year ago, But what you say makes sense. I have never been a smoker, but around chemicals alot. I got this after we completely remodeled our home, we revarnished the floors and after that I have had this bad. Certain foods seem to make it worse. But I hate when my days start with it, because I know I am going to spasm. What do you eat or do to make it lessen..and thanks for sharing.
