Plus I like eating my rice with my protein in one meal along with a veggie. Chronic D to chronic C --- D stands for Diarrhea and C stands for constipation on these boards. Check out the abbreviation post at the top of the board. I know a healthy weight for me would be anywhere between 110 to 130 pounds probably. And yes, I'm afraid it won't stop climbing up. I hope the others are correct in saying the extra stool is a cause.
