I do not eat and sugar but i do eat fruit. I guess i am torn..maybe i have to puree' everything--esp greens. I also food combine and would be torn how to eat yams and turkey. Does that make sense?? What is chronic d to C..i am not following. Have you gone to a doctor to see where your weight needs to be in a healthy range?? I tend to want to be 10lbs less no matter what ..lol.
