I have past the two week mark for taking red meat, chocolate and high fat foods and most dairy out of my diet. This was really hard for me because I crave sugar/ chocolate and loooove a nice glass of milk. I tried soy and rice milk but didn't like them. I have resorted to lactose free milk for now and have tried not drinking big glasses of it. I feel much better and healthier and can barely remember the last time I had D. I have ate alot of chicken and white rice, applesauce, fennel tea, choc applesauce cake and just tried ground turkey tonight. I have added veggies into a stirfry and most dishes just need to work on getting a better variety of foods and adding in fibre.
Thanks so much for just being you and being here!
