I have never tried them, but I am going to have to take an antibiotic this week, if my urinary tract infection does not improve. I am afraid it will destroy all of the good bacteria in my system. Do you think that a probiotic would help me, once the antibiotic is out of my system? I am IBS-D, and I know that the Cipro will be hard on my colon, I will end up with D for a while after.
