Exercise and cramps

Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone else finds their cramps/bloating gets worse the day after exercise? I find that after a 20 or 30km walk I get particularly bad cramping/constipation. I feel much better while I am doing it & for the next 6 or so hours, but then it all goes pear-shaped. I've agreed to do a 100km/48hr funwalk & now I'm worried I won't be able to finish it because of my stomach - not my legs!
