I know how hard it is not to give into the urges. It is not insignificant. It shows strength,courage,and will lead you towards a happier and healthier life. I need to remind myself that too.Take care and though I'm sorry your struggling its a comfort sort of to know I'm not alone and if I use better coping mechanisms I can get threw the hard times too.
