They are made with spelt or kamut, so it's an alternative to wheat but I think they're in the same family. I know that Ener-G Foods makes a rice bread but it has yeast, if that matters, so I don't buy it. There's another brand that I always see at the store that's gluten free, and I can't think of the brand name right now...if I see it again, I'll try to post it.
