I don't know if it will help or not, but I stumbled upon a website touting a "natural" product that supposedly guarantees permanent relief or your money back. The company is called Hem Away USA, and the pill is made from the prickly ash tree. They claim it strengthens the arterial wall of the hemorrhoids if taken three times daily for a month (2 months for severe cases) and you're supposed to notice a difference in just a couple of days. It's $50 or so for a month's supply, but after they're gone you can stop taking the pills. Again, I don't know if it's worth it but I was having similar problems recently (they've since subsided) and I found the site. I'm always sceptical of grandiose claims, but who knows?
