Noooope, milk of magnesia is magnesium citrate, and apparently a really harsh laxative. I've never tried milk of mag, but apparently if you reaaallly need to go, it'll do the job. The forms I take are safe to take on a daily basis.
As for bloat, I don't think I've spoken to anyone who has been able to pinpoint their triggers. My problem at the moment is I'm bloated 24/ 7 and I'm only eating 'safe' foods. So I'm stumped. What more can I do!!
