yeast free bread       02/08/05 05:53 PM Edit Reply Quote Angie113 Reged: 12/31/04 Posts: 297 Loc: Alternate b/w Northern and Southern California Hey, I avoid yeast also, and I have used dough enhancer which may have a *tiny* amount of yeast, but I usually buy yeast-free breads from Pacific Bakery or French Meadow Bakery at Whole Foods. I have no idea if you can get those in Australia, sorry, but they are really great! Just wanted to let you know that I am in the same boat as you, and it's hard to avoid because almost ALL commercial breads have yeast!
