I LOVE WHOLE FOODS!!! and question for Ruchie!       02/08/05 05:24 PM Edit Reply Quote Angie113 Reged: 12/31/04 Posts: 297 Loc: Alternate b/w Northern and Southern California OMG Whole Foods is my FAVORITE store!!!! My obsession is scary...I spend like over an hour in there every time I go. This weekend I went and bought: TONS of ricemilk (I buy the Whole Foods 365 brand and I think it's the best!) veggie broth (good for rice, recipes) breads soy cream cheese (no casien) soy yogurts (i like Wildwood or Silk) smoked whitefish and salmon from the deli wheat free vegan cookie and muffin (fresh baked!yum!) hot cereals (cream of rice, barley, oatmeal) corn tortillas tofu black beans rice cakes EnviroKids rice bars (they have pix of animals on them, they come in berry and peanut butter (my fave), but don't get the chocolate it has dairy!) papaya (IBS safe fruit!) I hope this helps and have fun shopping!! For Ruchie, I was just wondering what you do with the sardines, do you just eat them out of a can??!
