Won't Eat Insoluble Fiber       02/08/05 02:43 PM Edit Reply Quote Jordan Reged: 12/05/04 Posts: 8 Loc: WA A couple of months ago I found this site, and I started eating only soluble fiber. I know this isn't healthy, so can anybody suggest some foods to get me started back on some insoluble fiber?? I've never been officially diagnosed with IBS (I've never actually gotten much help from the doctors I've seen), so on Thursday I'm going to a new doctor with all the info I've gathered about IBS and other things that could be causing my stomach problems.
