I have IBS-D and the only vitamins I can take is a Vision Vitamin Formula been using them for 4yrs includes - Vitamin A 1000 IU vitamin C 200 mg vitamin E 60 IU Zinc 40 mg Selenium 55 mcg Copper 2 mg Trying to include Calcium with magnesium of only 40 mg not sure how it's going to work started it today.
