Vitamin Survey?       07/23/03 11:12 PM Edit Reply Quote TeaWoman Reged: 01/29/03 Posts: 14 I'm curious to know if any IBSers use vitamins all the time and which brands work well for you. My friend has used the vitamins---like One a Day or Centrum (not sure of the brand), and has had bad results with them. She now uses a multivitamin from the Natural Foods store (a liquid one) and has raved about it. Anyway, please respond if you have had either bad or good experiences with certain ones.
