I eat mostly white rice with a bit of brown rice pasta. I don't know if one helps more than the other cause I eat them both every day pretty much. What have you noticed?
I don't think I would eat it as a base for veggies. I know if I eat brown rice pasta I usually put it in soup, like Potato Leek, so that the potato takes care of the whole grain aspect.
