Welcome! You will find tons of great advice and great people here. We all have stories like your Disney "adventure" and can relate to the interference and control IBS can have over you. It is nice to find others who know what you are going through. Many of us have suffered since childhood and early teens, IBS-D started when I was 14, but of course took forever to be diagnosed. There is no topic or question too "in-depth" or detailed to ask here, so feel free to ask anything. Good luck on getting started on the diet, and congrats for heading to school...quite impressive!
