Are you ok with a lot of sugar? My list when I go: Jasmine rice Apples Potatoes Imagine Soups (pureed veggies...easy on the tummy and oh so yummy!) Puffed millet cereal Oatmeal (if you can eat it...I can't but it's great for most IBS folks) Pasta Tomato sauce (make sure nothing has high fructose syrup in it) I buy beans...make sure you mash them. West Brae is a Kosher brand. See if they have fresh bread that's Kosher without HFCS in it. White bread...no whole wheat for us folks! Fish. I like sardines, kipper snacks, etc. Crackers. Rice cakes. Carrots. (They may be too harsh on your tummy as you're just starting out. But try it and see how you do if you like). Quinoa is a great grain and they have boxes you can make in the microwave. I think the brand is Seeds of Change. (P.S. Check everything for a Heksher. I've bought tea at Whole Foods and one week it had a Heksher and the next it didn't. Hubby and I were outraged! Just a warning). I can't really think of anything else. But I'm sure you'll get lots of help here. And don't worry about posting too much...it's not possible Hope you had a great Shabbos...Gut Vuch!
