Fat is definitely my worst trigger. I even have to decrease the oil in a lot of safe recipes so they don't bother me. That's why fast food and fried things don't even REMOTELY tempt me anymore... I will literally be sick as a dog within 5-10 minutes of that stuff passing my lips.
Actually, I just had this come up, too... I was eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every day for lunch, with literally just a teaspoon of peanut butter. I started having D every day, and wouldn't you know it, it turned out to be the peanut butter! I have to be REALLY careful about even "good" fatty things, like salmon and avocado. Bummer!
