My biggest trigger isn't food!! It's heat!! If I get hot it 100% of the time triggers an attack! Also if I get jolted awake or if I have extreme pressure on my tummy it'll start an attack 80% of the time.
My biggest FOOD trigger is anything dairy-- When I'm stable, I'll get an attack 50% of the time, when it's combined with any other environmental stressor, 100% of the time!
