Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | 3 Months can still counting........

Its three months today since my last attack YEAH!!!!!! I know I haven't written in a while just have been really busy with work and am in the process of moving. I just wanted to update everyone on my progess and it is going great. Since I started taking the Zelnorm I feel great. I have more BM's now then I used to its great. My eating now has been good but have cheated a little(and who doesn't).
I think alot of my sucess so far is the fact that I am not as stressed out as I used to be. Work is going great since one of my co-workers left and went to another job. She made it very stressful here and not that she is gone its alot better. I also got a promotion and raise. I have also started back to working out went without for so long and don't know why. Just feel so much better working out. I also believe that going to the counselor helped alot.

So on to month 4 and hope to have good news for you on March 3. Now I have to go through a move and hope that I don't get to stressed from that and can maintain this streak.
