Doctors have told me my whole life to "add more fiber" which I've done & continue to do. It simply hasn't worked for me. I do the oatmeal thing, fruit smoothies, etc, etc. That's why my doctors have recommended Miralax or Zelnorm in addition to SFS and IF.
I know it's hard for some people to understand (especially those who haven't been completely C their whole life), but that's okay. I'm totally used to it.
