I used to drink coffee in the morning and found that it helped my C sometimes. Since I've read that it gives a short term gratification, but may worsen C, I decided to give it up. Fiber alone doesn't seem to help the push I need. Anyone have suggestions for non-irritant or no long term harming stimulant that I could use everyday? I feel that my BM still needs that push to get it out before it clumps up. Thanks.
