There have been a lot of posts about this - do a board search, and you're sure to turn up lots of information. If I remember correctly, it's basically a SFS and probiotic, so while it's not BAD, it's not the miracle cure they'd have you believe. But I haven't tried it personally, so... definitely try a search. Good luck!
